So many questions are necessary while trying to choose a martial art…But luckily “gi or no gi” does not need to be one of them because California Mixed Martial Arts has already chosen for you!

In this fundamentals class at CMMA, you’ll learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a grappling-based martial art that focuses on the skill of controlling a resisting opponent in order to force them to submit. You will exercise both your mind and body as you increase agility, stamina, and strength. This art requires a great deal of discipline and is a great way to build confidence.

You will be wearing the traditional gi apparel, so you will feel one with the martial art. After all, all the jiu jitsu pros go gi!
