Your instructor will guide you into intra space (your heart) to reveal all the undertones of your mind, body, and spirit, and how to deal with the daily stresses of life. This class includes affirmations and statements to help you stay in tune with your higher power. Your instructor will also give you the insight, compassion and understanding needed to help you reach and maintain your life goals.
