Part martial art, part dance, part acrobatic -- all amazing workout Capoeria! Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will learn the athletic, stylized kicks, spins, and even flips that make up a roda -- or “game” -- between two people. As Afro-Brazilian beats pound, you’ll practice putting your new moves together in exciting improvisations. In this class, you’ll train with techniques that combine both traditional styles of Capoeira, allowing you to go out into the world and confidently participate in rodas with students from other schools.
