Capoeira is Brazilian martial arts form traditionally practiced to a musical genre of the same name. Part dance, part self-defense technique, it combines elements of both into a dazzling, acrobatic display.

During this class for beginners, you’ll learn the fundamentals in an energetic, supportive setting that will let you proceed at your own pace as you build form and speed gradually. Not only will you be learning a new form of movement, but you’ll also benefit from a high-cardio, comprehensive workout.

Before you know it you’ll find yourself stronger, more graceful, more confident … and able to kick some serious butt!
