You'll settle into the bright, social cooking environment maintained by Central Coast Culinary & Catering, where you'll master a number of tasty recipes alongside a professional chef. You won't be learning to be a one-trick seahorse, either. You'll poach, steam, and bake a variety of seafood favorites, including shrimp, clams, mussels, salmon, snapper, scallops, ahi, and halibut!

As you cook, your instructor will offer insights into how and when to buy fish, so you can plan ahead for that next dinner party. Plus, prepare delicious sauces to serve with your dishes, such as ginger scallion and chipotle butter ... And a yummy dessert!
