You’ll make tasty sauces like: Sauce Béchamel, Sauce Veloute, Sauce Hollandaise, Basil Pesto Sauce, Green Olive and Caper Tapenade, Moutabel Sauce (Roasted Eggplant and Garlic Sauce), Mediterranean Tamarind-Almond Sauce, and Indian-Style Tomato-Onion Sauce.
