You’ll be working in a fun, social environment with fellow dessert-loving foodies, learning both fundamental and advanced baking techniques while trying out several tasty recipes.
As part of this class, you’ll learn to make Ancho Chile Devil's Food Cake with Milk Chocolate Buttercream Frosting, Citrus Cheesecake with Cookie Crumb Crust, Chocolate Torte Caprese, Milk Chocolate and Cherry Soufflé with Crème Anglaise, Banana and Rum Crepes, and Traditional Tiramisu.
And of course, there will be plenty of taste-testing to go along with the cooking!
