In this class you’ll be introduced to such fundamentals as shopping for fish, safe storage, and proper handling. Later on you'll also cover butchery, butter poaching, stovetop smoking, steaming, frying, and more!
On the menu are Sesame-Crusted White Fish Filets with Lemon Cilantro Sauce; Indian Pastry-Wrapped Tilapia Fillets with Herbs and Cooked Tomato, Turmeric, Clove, Ginger, and Cardamom Chutney; Rosemary, Dill, and Thyme-Smoked Salmon Filets with Spicy Garlic Aioli; Sauteed Teriyaki-Style Fish Fillets with Homemade Teriyaki-Sake Glaze; and Panko-Crusted Cod Fillets with Lemon Zest, Oregano, Red Pepper Flakes, Old Bay Seasoning, and Chili Powder.
And of course when the cooking is done, the gorging will commence!
