Come to Chef Eric’s Culinary classroom to learn the fundamentals of Mexican cooking! You’ll join your teacher on a mouth-watering exploration of authentic and traditional Mexican cuisine, learning the techniques and spices that make the food so flavorful.
You’ll make tasty dishes like: Latin-Style Strip Loin Steak and Chayote Squash with Oregano, Lime Arroz a la Mexicana (Mexican-style Rice with Carrots and Peas), Spiced Carne Asada with Guacamole Sauce, Homemade Corn Tortillas / Homemade Flour Tortillas, Grilled Corn and Cheese Stuffed Chiles Rellenos with Tomato Sauce, and Natillas (Creamy Mexican-Style Custard)
