Come to Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom for a great wine and food pairing class! You’ll join your teacher on a mouth-watering exploration of how to best pair your delicious meals with fine wine. In this dynamic, information-packed class, you’ll learn where and how to shop for wines and discover how to make great recipes.

You’ll make tasty dishes like: Eggplant Fritters and Zucchini Fritters, Fennel-Dusted Pan-Seared Scallops, Grilled Wild Mushrooms with Balsamic Vinegar Reduction, Homemade Pasta with Tomato and Kalamata Olive Tapenade Sauce, Braised Lamb Stew with Wild Mushrooms, Garlic, Thyme, Parsley and Red Wine Vinegar, Homemade Traditional Tiramisu, and more!
