Working in groups, you’ll learn to cook up such delectable menu items as grilled Baja fish tacos with coleslaw, poached salmon with cucumber dill sauce, and seared Ahi tuna crostini. For dessert, you’ll prepare a seasonal fruit sorbet from scratch. To enhance your experience, a live chef demo will be included in your evening. At the end, you’ll enjoy your creations along with your drink of choice — plus, this class is BYOB!
