This class will teach you how to properly incorporate several types of beers like stouts and lambics, into your cooking. You will learn how to make beer and cheddar soup, German style fried potatoes, sweet beer bread, honey and porter glazed chicken skewers and Guinness chocolate cake with stout buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
Note: A beer tasting is included with this class. Evening classes also allow you to bring in your own bottle of wine or beer.
