With a professional instructor as your guide, you’ll explore menu items from none other than Julia Child’s famous book, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking.” Cook up such classic recipes as individual French onion soup, classic potato gratin, Soubise (onion and rice casserole), and Coq Au Vin (chicken). For dessert, you’ll serve up seasonal fruit clafoutis. Sip a complimentary glass of wine as you simmer or bring your own bottle with no corkage fee.
