Get back to your cooking roots with Cook LA’s Fresh Handmade Pasta Class! In this basic course, you’ll learn to make your own handmade pasta and sauce with a seasoned professional guiding you along the way. Your menu will include pumpkin or fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli (with brown butter sage), Fettuccine Al Pomodoro Sauce, and a seasoned side salad. Add to the experience with wine tasting or bring your own bottle to share with no corkage fee. All skills levels are welcome to try their hand at this handmade culinary adventure.
Note: Wine tasting is included in this booking (this class is also BYOB), though you must be over the age of 21 to partake in tasting. Children are welcome to attend this class as long as they are accompanied by an adult. All levels of experience are welcome.
