Learn to make fresh, fast dishes that not only benefit your body, but also taste delicious. You’ll prepare five courses including edamame and spinach hummus with endive spears, roasted root vegetable salad with toasted pepitas, and glazed chocolate-avocado cupcakes. Sip on a cranberry tea cocktail spritzer (yes, even the drinks have a healthy twist) as your professional instructor guides you through each step of the cooking process. No experience? No problem. All levels are welcome on this healthy living adventure.
