Follow along as a professional instructor teaches you the tradition of tapas, a daily ritual carried out at the best cafes and restaurants in Spain. You’ll create such delicious dishes as tortilla espanola, albondigas (spanish meatballs in a spicy tomato sauce), vegetable empanadas, paella with chicken, and arroz con leche (sweet rice pudding cups). Sip a glass of red or white Sangria as you savor the fabulous fresh ingredients that you — yes you! — have cooked to perfection. Now there’s something to say “Ole!” about.
