About this Activity

In this fun, high-energy class, you’ll work up a sweat dancing to exciting Latin-fusion rhythms, choreographed by your expert instructor. A combination of interval training sessions of fast and slow rhythms and resistance training will give you an intense cardio. Have fun dancing while toning and sculpting your body.
