Defend yourself against opponents of any size with this intense, engaging martial art. Using leverage, grappling, and wrestling moves, you'll take it to the floor to control and subdue your adversary. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, practice getting the upper hand through throws, escapes, joint locks, and chokeholds. Your reflexes and coordination will wildly improve, you'll build strength and physical stamina, and you will have confidence that you can defend yourself in real life situations.
Note: You do not need to wear a gi, the traditional uniform, in this class. This is a free trial class for first time students only.
