Invert flow is not a pole dancing class. It is a floor-based flexibility class that makes your body twist into new shapes. You will be doing more headstands, forearm stands and handstands than kids during recess. All of these exercises will make you stronger, leaner and better. Once you learn the basics, you will move on to the winding, twerking and splits that make invert flow fun. You will walk away with the basic skills to eventually do a backward shoulder roll into a shoulder stand and a headstand into a handstand.
You need to bring a yoga mat.
