WOW SERIOUSLY ONE OF THE BEST ROOMS, EVER! I can't wait for their upcoming submarine room. I would recommend booking max capacity since you'll be needing all the help. Our experience from beginning to end was fantastic. The production value, entertainment, puzzles, technology, and experience were all top-notch. It really doesn't get better than this. I cannot recommend The Virus enough.

This was for sure unlike any other room we have done before... I feel like my experience was ruined from the other group that was teamed with my group ... but the puzzles I felt like were all over the place... I do like that our game master was with us the entire time staying in character...

Did this with a group of 7 this is not your average escape room super high tech and may be a little complex for a the younger crowd. Gentleman that helped us out was really friendly and attentive although we didn't make it out in time we had a great time. I would definitely recommend this to our experienced "escape roomers"

We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place to everyone who already have experience in room escape.

This was an absolutely fantastic experience. I took my team here as a "team building" exercise with a twist. Not only did my team gel and work together, we had a great time doing it. Absolutely recommend!

The production value in this spot was amazing! Definitely a challenging room, but having the actor in the space was great to keep us on point, without giving hints away. The VR experience was the first I had tried as well, and it really helped to add to the whole room.

I've done a few escape room experiences, and this is BY FAR the best! Well thought-out, clever puzzles, and great effects!
Not really a beginner's escape room....I recommend you try a few others around town and save the best (this one) for a very special occasion. We did not make it out...but totally loved the whole experience from the moment we arrived until we left. We had 6 of us...I wouldn't do it with less because there are so many tasks to complete. Can't wait to try The Fantastic Race LA (same creators) in April!!!

Absolutely the coolest room I've ever done. LOVE THE OCULUS RIFT INTRO. Completely immersive. Felt like I was really a Scientist out to save the world.....and my own life.
We need more rooms as awesome as this one! Looking forward to the next one!

Friendly staff, very immersive theme and story, and very well though out puzzles, easily lands The Virus on my list of favorite escapes and makes it one of the best escape rooms you can do.

First time visiting an escape room and man!, I can't wait to do it again!
I came with a group of 8 for my brother's birthday and we all LOVED it. There were enough puzzles for everyone to participate and not feel like they aren't contributing to saving the world. The actor (I think his name was Ben, I forgot =( - anyway, he was awesome - kept referring to us as "Doctor", which made the game more fun and realistic. The VR intro was great, the walls move adding to the tension of wanting to get the f out (lol). Seriously, awesome experience, I'll definitely be back when the next room opens!

I'd never done an escape room before, but after this experience, I definitely want to do it again! The special effects and VR intro made the experience really immersive, so my entire group was really into the game. BEN was our scientist and he was so awesome! He made sure we all had a great time and his acting was A+. He never broke character the entire time we were in there and he really added to our overall experience. I loved the puzzles!!
They told us there's a 20% success rate (the group before us didn't make it!), but we finished with the second fastest time of 18:54 left! It took all of us to solve the puzzles and try to look at things from different perspectives. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

We went today as a Father's Day gift! We had a blast. We did not finish the challenge in time but we were very close! Loved it! We highly recommend it!

What a fantastic escape room with great use of tech! The best escape rooms blur the lines between interactive theater and puzzle game. The team at Get the F Out definitely hits all the right notes to blur that line.
Let's start off with service. Bob and his team were fantastic introducing us to the story and preparing us to the experience that we were going to have. This is one of the most important aspects of any escape room. If they haven't let you be part of your world, then how can you enjoy the world you're about to enter. The staff let us in with a virus laden red carpet.
The puzzles were intricate and allowed multiple puzzles to be solved at once. It was linear but not in a way where the entire team is working on only one puzzle. Multiple puzzles are open to you at most times of the experience There's fantastic use of technology throughout the room and it's worth the price of admission.
The staff mentioned a new concept that sounds really intriguing and if this room is any indication of what that might be, it's going to be a fun experience.

Never even heard of this Escape Room until a friend of mine told me. Thank goodness he did (thank you Mike from MyHauntLife.com) because this is hands down one of the BEST escape rooms I've done. No spoilers here, I'll just say that the introduction is nothing I have ever seen before. The production value was really high up there, making the immersive experience of the room all the better.
Plus the start of the game was hilarious.
Okay so on to the puzzles. They were challenging but not so incredibly challenging that you just stood there going "I dunno what they want me to do!". There was one particular puzzle that I thought was just brilliant, I really like the use of technology in this room AND science! It was like nerds paradise in that room. :)
One down side is that there was one puzzle that I think was inoperable or just not part of the game but I almost immediately spotted it while exploring the room. I would just cover it up with butcher paper or something because it was distracting and I think throwing a few off whether it actual relevant to the game.
Thankfully a very helpful and lovely guide is in the room to throw some advise if you're doing something stupid, something that was already stated in the rules or if you're just stuck (god damnit, I was told there were signs to not do a thing but I still did it!) but definitely won't just give you the answer.
This is an escape room not to miss. Plus the parking is GREAT so, bonus!

The VR is really cool. I haven't seen any other room use it quite the same way. The story is good. There are a lot of locks and puzzles that can keep a group busy, however I do believe two people could succeed in this room. The puzzles are creative, although a few are a little tedious. The set looks good. I especially enjoy the way they make the story of the room come to life.
Overall it's a fun room and all of the technology seemed to work properly!
I'm not a huge fan of the use of actors in escape games. Bob is very interactive as the actor in the room. I can tell he is very passionate.
My husband and I have played over 75 escape games in the past two years. We really love escape games, but we rarely enjoy playing with strangers. We waited until late morning to book the 4pm time slot in hopes of playing alone. It looked promising, but alas we were playing with two other "doctors" that were friends of the owners and that had never done an escape room before. So with that being said, if you are like us, then either book with friends or buyout the room because otherwise you may be playing with strangers.
