This isn’t your childhood hula hoop game! This class starts with the basics of hula hooping, then builds in transitions and complexities that will keep you moving and growing. You’ll get a great core workout that develops strength and stamina, while advancing your overall body coordination at the same time. While the class pushes you to further levels, there’s no pressure here to work beyond your own abilities. That’s because this studio offers a supportive environment that believes having fun and working out don’t need to be mutually exclusive. There’s only one rule in this class: keep moving!
