Romeo and Juliet. Peanut Butter and Jelly. Ballet and pole dancing. Some things were just meant for each other. In this class, you’ll take part in a ballet inspired pole dance routine that is meant to elongate your body. Start with a pole warm-up, then transition into floor maneuvers that include leaps, kicks, pirouettes, and other classic moves from ballet. You’ll receive professional guidance and advice in improving your form. By the time you leave class, your muscles will feel warm and relaxed, and you’ll find yourself on the way to becoming a stronger and more flexible self.

What to expect
- Get a great workout and stretch in a ballet and pole dance fusion class
- Tone your legs, abs, and arms to create long lean lines when you dance
