In this class, you’ll focus on slow movements around the pole, learning and incorporating motions and poses that focus on the beauty of controlled forms. You’ll learn to love yourself the way your are, executing movements that emphasize the natural beauty of your body. In the process, you’ll be getting a great core workout that develops both strength and flexibility. All of this will be taking place in a fun, supportive environment where dancers come together to explore their sensuality. Learn to slow things down in order to heat them up.
