This class offers a survey experience of some of the most seductive international dances in the world, including belly dance, Brazilian styles, and salsa. You’ll learn the basic steps and embellishments that have made these dances popular far beyond the borders of their land of origin. At the same time, you’ll be getting a great workout that will build your stamina and strength, in addition to your coordination and grace. All of this will take place in an engaging and encouraging environment that will allow you to explore your sensual side.
