Each session begins with a session of silent sitting meditation, during which you can let the stresses of the day slip away, and clear your mind for the challenges to come. Meditation has proven to have numerous benefits, including improved mental focus and clarity, better emotional balance, and perks to your physical health.
Following the meditation, you'll have the opportunity to participate in open discussion. This is a great chance to talk about mindfulness and compassion in the context of personal and professional issues common to being a male it today’s world.
