Too much stinkin' thinkin'?
Air out your brain with this peer-led sitting group!
This laidback, non-denominational experience is the perfect way to find out what awareness practice is all about, and meet a few like minds.
Each session begins with a brief Dharma talk, during which the sitting group teacher will offer insights into mindfulness techniques and the general life principles that arise from the practice. Of course, you're more than welcome to ask a few questions!
Following the talk, you'll join in with the group for a 30-minute silent sit. This a time to practice mindfulness of your body and environment, while giving your noggin a little time off and your body a burst of positive energy.
It's kind of like invisible coffee!
