During this mindful meeting, you’ll enjoy a relaxing group setting in which you’ll be able to refocus thorough meditation. This is time to practice breathing awareness and put yourself into a soothing state of mindfulness in a safe, spiritually nurturing environment.
You’ll also enjoy having dharma discussions with your teacher and fellow students, where you’ll be able to learn about other’s habits as well as offer information about your own practice. This will give you the chance to further your own meditative methods while also helping others in their own journeys.
