During this mindful meeting, you’ll enjoy a relaxing group sitting meditation for 30-40 minutes. This is time to practice breathing awareness and put yourself into a soothing state of mindfulness in a safe, spiritually nurturing environment.

Afterwards, you’ll enjoy a short talk from the teacher on practice and mindfulness. You’ll even have the opportunity to participate and ask all those burning questions you really want to know.
