Got a case of the brain frazzles? Take a breather from life with a little silent treatment in this sitting group!
During this mindful meeting, you'll enjoy a relaxing group silent meditation in a private, ocean-side home. This is time to practice breathing awareness and put yourself into a soothing state of mindfulness in a safe, spiritually nurturing environment.
Afterwards, you'll enjoy an intimate sharing circle, during which the sitting group's leader will offer insights into different practices and the meditation you just experienced.
You'll even have the opportunity to participate by sharing some of your personal experience and practice and by asking all those burning questions you really want to know.
Note: Donations encouraged. Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the class. It is recommended to wear comfortable clothing.
What to expect
- Join a community of mindfulness practitioners for a session of silent meditation
- Enjoy a restorative, peer-led 45-minute meditation session as well as the chance to share personal experience
- Get your questions about the practice of meditation answered during an open dialogue
- Set your intent for outside of the class with peaceful reflection and the storing of positive energy
