Got a case of the brain frazzles? Take a breather from life with a little silent treatment in this sitting group!
During this mindful meeting, you'll enjoy a relaxing group sitting silent meditation for 40-45 minutes before getting up for 10-15 minutes of silent walking meditation.. This is time to practice breathing awareness and put yourself into a soothing state of mindfulness in a safe, spiritually nurturing environment.
Afterwards, you'll enjoy an intimate Dharma talk, during which the sitting group's teacher will offer insights into the meditation you just experienced. You'll even have the opportunity to participate and ask all those burning questions you really want to know.
Note: In keeping with the principals of the dharma that underlies all of activities, primarily ahimsa (do no harm), it is required that all attendees be fully vaccinated in order to attend any in-person event.
What to expect
