When it comes to meditation, that's a good thing!

During this sitting group, you'll have the opportunity to discuss what it means to be a modern, mindful young man in a comfortable, supportive group setting. Topics ranging from personal to professional life will all be open to be talked about.

Before this open discussion, you'll participate in a 20-30 minute sitting meditation and gain insights into the practice through a brief reading or dharma talk.

You'll begin to feel the numerous benefits of meditation, such as improved focus and mental clarity, decreased stress, better physical health, and supporting a compassionate frame of mind. This group is meant to foster an open and earnest exploration into what it means to practice mindfulness as a man in today’s world.

Plus, a little more emotional maturity never hurts!
