Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour December 31, 2015This walking tour was part of a work retreat for 15 employees from San Diego and Los Angeles. Most LA employees were pretty familiar with the arts district but the tour gave them great insight. It was a perfect activity for all ages/types of people. Everyone seemed to really enjoy the art - lots of photos were taken - and the informality of the tour gave us the opportunity to interact and mingle while strolling. Lots of information was provided, but if someone wasn't all that interested in the art history/detail they could hang back a bit. Hector (ShanduOne) was a wonderful tour guide!

Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour June 7, 2015We had a private tour. The graffiti walking tour was amazing. Kevin Flint was our guide. He was knowledgable, and taught us so much in two hours. We were a total of 7. We all felt like we were truly discovering something new about our beloved city of Los Angeles. Afterwards, we had lunch at a local restaurant.

Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour April 6, 2015Spent a Saturday with Shandu One in the Arts District for the Graffiti Mural Tour then headed to the Brewery Complex for the artists lofts tour with Kevin Flint & Ted Meyer. Both were great and I'd highly recommend.
Mural/graffiti tour: Two hours, water provided
Shandu was thorough, explained the history, logistics and significance of every piece we saw and the people involved. He was personable, thorough and patient. He spent just the right amount of time at each stop and walked the group through the bulk of the arts district making follow up recommendations throughout and a nice pit stop at the arts district flea market. Street scene interest or not, art scene interest or not, the tour is extremely well done for all levels of interest, experience and curiosity.
The brewery complex was great! The space itself has great history and character and the artists lead the tours. Again water was provided. We visited 15 artists lofts?! And all very different styles and presentations- amazing diversity. The artists were wonderful, each sharing a bit about their work and philosophy and patiently answering all questions. Truly one of a kind experience. Can't wait to get back for art walk in April! -

Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour March 9, 2015Just finished taking the downtown graffiti mural tour. It was pretty spectacular. I had no idea there were so many beautiful pieces or art downtown. When one thinks of graffiti, one normally thinks of the terrible tags all around town but what you see downtown is some incredible art.
The tour is about 2 hours and the art work is always changing. The guide was very knowledgable and explained how some of the work was done along with its history. Would definitely recommend this to all!! -

Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour October 29, 2014I really enoyed my day here. I went with my man and a close friend. We saw a artist after artist. Some of it was terrible and some of it was brilliant. I loved the mix. It was amazing how many people exhibited their work, bravo!!! There was a ton of walking which to me was fantastic. There was a nice courtyard area where you could eat food. The venue was free to go to so all around amazing :)

Downtown Graffiti/Mural Tour August 19, 2014The Graffiti/ Street Art tour this past weekend was simply wonderful.
Los Angeles has some of the most amazing street art, that is changing constantly. In just the several blocks that we walked, I saw hundreds of world class pieces and our super-knowledgeable and approachable guide was there to explain the history and subtleties of this burgeoning street art movement.
I would highly recommend taking this tour, whether you're a jaded SoCal native or just visiting our beautiful city. You'll be both delighted and surprised by the cultural richness of what you find. -
