Had a very great experience on the beer tour. The three breweries that we visited each had unique beers. The group we were with was great, we all got along and had a great time. Peter, our guide was very informative and cool to hang with.

Had a great time and learned a ton about brewing beer! Our tour guide Cindy was perfect - she handled a full tour like a champ. Would definitely go again.

It was great fun. A very well-organized event, with visits to three of the local breweries, and a selection of beers for each. We had 13 in the group, a friendly bunch. Cindy was our guide. She knows her beer. We did the DTLA tour - Eagle Rock Brewery, Mumford & Iron Triangle. It's a great way to see that area of LA.
The tour is a definite "must do".

This is our second time doing this tour. First time was in South Bay area and that was lots of fun. This 2nd time was in L. A. area and it was just as fun and interesting to see some of the breweries that are in downtown L.A.

Went to the beer hop for my boyfriends birthday. We had a fantastic time! Matt our beer guide was very knowledgeable and easy going. We were picked up in a big charter bus with the A/c blasting. We were scheduled to leave from union station @ 12. We waited 30 minutes for two people who never showed up. I think a 30 minute grace period actually had us rushing toward the end. At the first brewery we took our time and Matt opened up the brewery where he gave us knowledge and history of the beer. At our second stop we had lunch ($15) and another flight of beers. At the last brewery we stayed there less than 45 mins and had to rush through due to time. Overall we had a great time, wish we could have started on time so we were able to enjoy the last brewery but Matt did give us the option to stay and uber home.

I had some friends in town who are into the microbrew scene. Hal was a great, knowledgeable guide. I would recommend this tour to anyone!

I celebrated my 30th birthday with a private beer hop in the South Bay. My friends and I had a great time, and Hal was very accommodating! Prior to the day of the tour, I told Hal that I had already been to one of the breweries that was on our schedule and I asked if we could go elsewhere - Hal had no problem with making a change to the list of breweries we were visiting. The tour itself went smoothly, and Hal was informative and friendly. I'd definitely recommend the tour to anyone (though I'd advise sticking with the 6-9 person van and not booking the 10-15 person van if your headcount is somewhere in between, as people are bound to flake and there are cancellation fees per person if you book the bigger bus but have fewer than 10 people to fill it).

This company is phenomenal from beginning to end. First, arranging the tour was easy and Hal, our contact, was extremely responsive. He made sure we were informed and well taken care of from the start.
On the day of the tour, our guide Cindy was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable and made learning about beer a lot of fun. She was also great about making other beer recommendations after honing in on our specific tastes and preferences.
The entire experience was wonderful and we can't wait to use their services again!

Can't say enough about how great this tour was! I booked way in advance for my fiances birthday. It was surprise so of course I wanted it to turn out amazing! We did the private tour on Saturday at noon with all his friends and cousins. We had such a blast, time went by so fast! Everyone that went had so much fun and they all want to do it again!! That's how fun it was!
As for my fiancé, he's been thanking me for a good 24 hours straight haha. He absolutely loved it! Our beer guide was Matt, very very knowledgable and super chill! We went to Mumford, Brewyard and Golden Road. All had great beer selections but my favorite one was Brewyard, I loved every single tester we had. Can't remember the names (we were all pretty buzzed by then) but they were all good :)
We are actually looking into booking another one soon! We highly highly recommend LA beer hop! Hal was beyond amazing with communicating and answered every single question within the hour. 5 stars and if I could I'd give them even more! Thanks LA Beer hop, Hal and Matt for a great time! This was by far his favorite birthday!
