You love theater and movies, but you've never worked up the courage to give performance a shot yourself. Well not any more! In this fun, welcoming class, you'll learn what it takes to create honest artistic expressions. Through fun improv games, you'll work on your speed, timing, and comfort working with partners. You will also work on both dramatic and comedic pieces. You don't have to want to be a professional actor to gain the self-confidence, self-discovery, and the genuine sense of fun that acting provides!
Note: You must be 18 years or older to participate in this class. Please note that this is a 4-week multi-session class.

Beginner Acting - 4 weeks (The Lifebook Playhouse) February 12, 2015I have never acted before and I have never had any acting training. This is the best place to be to learn about yourself, acting and how to appreciate this art form. I love going to class because it assists me with developing my personality, my acting style and it is a very loving and supportive environment. The coach, Allen Levin is outstanding! Very insightful and very gifted with working with new as well as veteran actors. I am hooked for life at Life Book Acting Academy! I recommend this place to beginners as well to seasoned actors. You will love this place! It is a place where you can practice this art form and not be embarrassed! Everyone is so very supportive and geniunely concerned about your progress. And, progress you do make because you get many opportunities to go on stage and practice. Life Book is the best acting school, hands down!
