    Flexibility Training: Splits Intro

    Get ready for some deep flexibility training! In this class you will be focused on the pose everyone wants to be able to do: the splits. You will begin with a quick cardio warm up followed by very specific split training and conditioning with a focus on split related pole moves (i.e. Jade, Peacock, etc.) Finally, you will use the remaining time in class for open pole/floor freestyle dedicated to practicing your splits and challenging your flexibility.     Spin Pole for Beginners
