Get ready for some deep flexibility training! In this class you will be focused on the pose everyone wants to be able to do: the splits. You will begin with a quick cardio warm up followed by very specific split training and conditioning with a focus on split related pole moves (i.e. Jade, Peacock, etc.) Finally, you will use the remaining time in class for open pole/floor freestyle dedicated to practicing your splits and challenging your flexibility. Leave feeling limber and toned closer to your journey of mastering the splits!
Note: You must be 18+ to participate. All classes are for women only, unless specifically designated as co-ed.
What to expect
- Practice a deep flexibility training regimen specific to split training and conditioning
- Execute a quick cardio warm up, various stretches, as well as conditioning with focus on split related pole moves
- Have fun with some open pole/floor freestyle time to practice your splits and challenge your flexibility
