Get ready for some deep flexibility training! In this online class you will be focused on your goals of flatter splits, deeper backbends, more open shoulders, tighter forward folds and perhaps an acrobatic transition or two! This online class starts with a full-body warm-up and gently progresses into focused flexibility training. The session will cover a full-body mobility check-in and then move into more specific areas for deeper stretching. Leave feeling limber and toned closer to your journey of mastering your skills!

Note: You must be 18+ to participate. All classes are for women only, unless specifically designated as co-ed. Includes online class and Zoom Link. It is suggested that guests have a Yoga Mat, Yoga Blocks (or firm pillows), and a Yoga Strap (or hand towel).

The City of Los Angeles is now requiring proof of COVID19 vaccination for clients at gyms and dance studios. Starting tomorrow, we will ask clients to show proof of vaccination to participate in all LM studio services. Clients should give verification in-person when they check in at the desk in Studio B (unit 114). Clients only need to show proof of vaccination one time.

We are also accepting proof of a negative covid test (antigen or PCR) taken within 72 hours prior to the studio session. Negative covid tests must be submitted each time a client comes to the studio.
