Qinna is a martial art system of self-defense that emphasizes pain-inducing grappling and locking techniques; however, to say Qinna is limited to just these methods, well, that would surely be an understatement! During this self-defense class, you’ll learn the basic joint locks and twists, muscle and tendon pinches, and pressure point applications necessary to take down opponents of any size. Improve your flexibility and muscle tone while getting a great workout and building up your confidence, knowing you will be able to protect yourself no matter what type of danger presents itself!
