Tai Chi and Qigong are two mind-body practices that originated in ancient China. Practiced widely for thousands of years, both arts have become popular in the West. No matter your age or physical condition, practicing these arts will leave you with heightened feelings of well-being and a variety of other health benefits. Although Tai Chi is slow and gentle and won’t leave you breathless, it addresses the key components of fitness -- muscle strength, flexibility, balance -- and, to a lesser degree, aerobic conditioning. Under the guidance of your expert instructor, you will learn the fundamental moves and forms to start becoming healthier and happier.

About the Teacher
In The United States Navy, Jack Morrisette discovered Tai Chi, Qigong, and Kung Fu. He studied under Grand Master Don Baird's guidance whose martial lineage can be traced to Manchuria China. Jack has more than a decade of Tai Chi and Qigong experience with a focus on Yang style Tai Chi.
