Took my 22 year old daughter on this trip and it was worth every cent. The pilot was both very friendly & knowledgeable and we flew over so many interesting places, houses etc it really was amazing. We landed for lunch on a mountain top, which was nice in itself, before flying back to base. An absolute must IMHO, we loved it!

If you ask yourself "Is it worth the money to fly around in a helicopter?" The anwer for us was yes, yes, yes. From Burbank Airport, our pilot Ben was friendly and informative. All we viewed was incredible, from the Hollywood Sign to downtown LA Santa Monica Venice Beach Malibu, Getty Centre, homes of the rich and famous etc etc . Just a brilliant way to spend an hour seeing LA in a different way. Loved every second of our tour.

I took my boyfriend here to surprise him for his 26th birthday and I'm so happy I did! We did the new 45-minute "private romantic sunset tour". When we arrived, they had a table set up for us with champagne and dessert. We then flew over downtown LA, the Hollywood sign, celebrity homes, Venice beach, Santa Monica pier, and other landmarks in LA! The sun was about to set so our pilot went off the his original route to chase the sunset to make sure we saw it. It was a romantic night and we had a blast! We got some amazing pictures and I'm so happy I was able to surprise my boyfriend! It's safe to say we will be coming back!

Our handsome pilot, David, brought us everywhere we wanted to go and even where we didn't! This was the most incredible thing we did on our five day vacation in LA. We didn't miss a thing! We took the romantic sunset cruise for two. I splurged for the $48 "gift package" that included a bottle of really cheap champagne, a long stemmed red rose, cheesecake and a photo with the helicopter. It was Katy's 40th birthday and first vacation in 20 years. I think I got some pretty good brownie points with this surprise!

I don't give any business 5 stars, it is just they way I do it. Very nice office, as you walk in. The young lady who I assume is the receptionist / greeter can only be described as adorable.Dave was our pilot. A very skilled tour guide in the sky. Never seen the city quite this way before.Now for the true customer service test. We got T-shirt to remember the flight and when we got home, I noticed we got the wrong size. I returned the following day, anticipating the same old customer non-service we are all to familiar with. No problemo. wrong size, lets find the correct size. Everyone smiling, all the employees professional and in a good mood.
I would highy recommend this outing . It is worth every penny. Breaking my own rules, I give as many stars as are available. What a special outing.

From the first phone call to the moment you walk in the building, such a highly professional service and team. I can't recommend this place more!
I recently proposed to my girlfriend of ten years, and when you wait that long, it has to be extra special. Thanks to Orbic, everything went absolutely perfect. Since it was a surprise, I needed the cooperation of the crew to make it all happen, and they were nothing short of amazing.
From the moment we arrived, they played along in every way. Big thank you to Mike for making everything happen according to plan. Being that this was my first helicopter ride, as well as my first time proposing, I had a lot of questions as to how it would all go down. In a calm and collective fashion, Mike explained all my cues. For example, what he would say when we walked in, what I was gonna do when he asked certain questions, when and where the proposal would actually take place. Everything went fantastic. Everything with this company is easy and smooth; From the booking, to the waivers, to the flight, to the landing, to the ride home talking about what a great time you had.
Brennan was another awesome part of our adventure, not only because he was our pilot, but he was just a really genuine dude. That's what I liked most about this place. Everyone just seemed to love what they do. The staff is highly professional.
Once cued by Mike to use the restroom, I was able to secretly speak with Brennan and plan out the final details; How I would give him the camera, what he was going to say. He even prayed for me and explained how my life would never be the same. Okay, that last part didn't go down, but he really is a nice guy. From the moment we jumped in the helicopter to the minute we landed, he answered all of our questions, and everything about the ride felt absolutely safe. Never once do you feel that sort of questionable feeling. You could just tell that they know what they're doing. Now if I could describe the set up from the office, to the hangar, to the helicopter in one word, it would be "Bond. James Bond."
To describe the actual tour, it's just an amazing experience. I've been on about every method of transportation imaginable. From a scooter to a train, to a boat, to a plane, but there's nothing that beats a helicopter! Leaving Burbank Airport, heading out towards Hollywood, over Beverly Hills, and straight towards Santa Monica, everything was just plain beautiful. The tour I choose was on a mission to Malibu, but there are other tours to choose from. They have a Downtown LA landing that looks really cool, and other different options as well. I needed my tour to land, so I went with the "Mountain Top Landing."
Half way through the tour, just as the sun was setting, we landed on top of a mountain at Malibu Creek State Park. The setting was absolutely phenomenal. The timing of the landing was perfect. Brennan offered to take a picture of us, and that meant it was time. I looked out towards the sunset, took my final breath, and boom, brought out the ring. Then, at that very moment, I transformed. I became a different person altogether, something between a Brad Pitt and a Ryan Gosling. Her eyes were utterly drenched. I opened the box, and time stopped. Tears were flying, hugs were being given, my son was celebrating, everything was at peace with the world.
Even Brennan shed a tear. Okay, maybe not, but what he did do is record the whole thing for us, and I didn't even ask him to! He was just suppose to take pictures and the dude recorded one of the most memorable moments of my life, and took pictures at the same time! I don't even know what to say about that. Thank you. Thank you and Thank you again. After it was all said and done, they hosted a picnic for us, brought out a bottle of champagne, and another bottle of Apple Cider for my son. Brennan left us in charge of guarding the helicopter, and gave us half an hour of privacy to let it all sink in. Everything was perfect.
Upon landing back at the base, we received a complimentary group photo, and Brennan even posed for a picture with my son. To sum it all up, it was one of the best decisions I've ever made, the perfect way to celebrate any occasion, and just an awesome way to have a good time. They also offer flying lessons, so if you're feeling inspired, or just wanna give an awesome gift, I would highly recommend using Orbic. I couldn't be more grateful for their service.

We, the four of us just completed the Deluxe Tour with our Pilot Merlinda and saw sites and areas it would take a week to see by car. It was an experience that should be on everyone's bucket list. The staff was very accommodating and it originated from the Burbank airport. I would highly recommend Orbic Air and the deluxe LA tour.

Absolutely breath taking. Another thing to check of my bucket list. My boyfriend surprised me with this adventure. We took the Los Angeles Deluxe Helicopter Tour. It was only two of us so we were in a mini helicopter with us in the back and our pilot in front. You have a headset on the whole time and she points out everything and you can even hear air traffic control. We went over LA, Hollywood, and the coast line. Definitely worth the money.

Had a wonderful flight over the coast line and my friend and I were even lucky enough to see a couple of dolphins and immidiately our pilot did a 360 degree turn so that both my friend and I got a good look at both dolphins. The pilot was so awesome and she was really informative, she absolutely knew her stuff and was well informed about what she showed us. I checked it out personally, after the flight of course. If you want a great ocean coast line tour this is what the company I recommend.

Loved it!! Took my boyfriend for his 21st birthday and he was in total shock, he loved every second of it... Our pilot Brennan was amazing, knew what he was talking about and was overall a nice guy. They staff there is nice too, I bought the sunset romance package and they knew it was his bday they brought out champagne, cheesecake and a rose for him! Very nice touch!
