You know latin dance parties are where the action is at. But how do you join in the dance party without looking like you’re having a seizure? The instructors at Oxygen Tango have you covered!
During this introductory class you’ll work on mastering box step patterns and variants in solo drills that will make the fiery moves of tango second nature. And to keep things fun, you’ll be working to a subgenre of tango music called milonga, which carries a lively 2/4 tempo that will get your heart pumping.
All of this of course makes this class not a only a great learning experience, but a fun, engaging aerobic workout that will leave you feeling fit and happy. After you’re finished with this class, the only people having seizures will be those watching you as you send their brains into overdrive with your red-hot moves!
