Is your rough and tumble fighting style a little rough around the edges? Come down to Paragon Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and learn some of the finer points of martial arts in this all-level Jiu Jitsu class.
With the help of an expert instructor, you'll learn techniques for bringing down an opponent and ways to defend yourself while being brought down. You'll learn the moves in isolation at first, but then you'll apply them during live sparring. This is not only a great way to learn important skills, it's a fantastic way to get into shape -- you'll increase your agility, strength, and stamina. It's likely that after just a few classes you'll be in the best shape of your life!
