What if you could leave the gym feeling sexier than ever as opposed to, you know, a sweaty mess?

During this free introductory lesson, you’ll work up a flattering glow of sweat as you try your hand at the fundamentals of pole! This class is ideal for those new to pole or anyone who wants to build confidence or take it slow due to injury or pregnancy.

Learn how to move through pole poses and shapes with agility, proper walking and turning techniques, floorwork movements for increased flexibility. You’ll develop your strength by supporting your own body weight, which is a great feeling!

Feel free to strap on your hottest heels for an added challenge!
