Say goodbye to packaged breads. Under the guidance of an experienced baker, you’ll make deliciously aromatic and fresh breads that will become instant staples of your home kitchen. You’ll learn about four different styles of dough will be featured, and professional techniques such as delayed fermentatinon.
In the process, you’ll handcraft braided challah, ciabatta, focaccia, and classic french baguettes! You’ll even learn to make a chocolate babka. Plus, the creative kitchen setting maintained by PREP Kitchen Essentials is not only a great environment to learn in, it’s also a great social setting to meet some new dough-eyed friends!
