During this hands-on workshop, you’ll get a taste for the French culinary arts as you work under the guidance of an experienced chef. Pick up the fundamentals of several tasty recipes, and build the confidence necessary to recreate each dish prepared in your own home kitchen.
Included on the menu are: Leek, Carrot and Zucchini Soup; Tomato, Basil and Goat Cheese Tartines; Chicken Breasts with Prosciutto, Brie Cheese and White Wine Sauce; Homemade Pasta with Fresh Herbs; and Strawberry and Lavender Puff Pastry Tarts with Sweetened Cream.
Class also takes place in a fun social kitchen setting. It’s the perfect place, to not only enhance your cooking skills, but to make some new foodie friends for your next dinner party!
