Make history in your home kitchen thanks to this surf and turf workshop! Class takes place in a social kitchen environment that’s a great place to learn and meet new friends. As you work, you’ll build the skills necessary to recreate each dish on your own, and the confidence to take your culinary exploits in delicious new and amphibious directions!
On the menu are: Lobster bisque shooters; Shrimp and red pepper ceviche on endive spears; Beef medallions with port wine glaze; Garlic confit scalloped potatoes; and Chocolate soufflés with salted caramel sauce.
This is a culinary class with some beef to it. And some shrimp!
