In this fun, introductory class, your expert instructor will take you through the fundamental techniques of belly dancing, including correct posture, mesmerizing body isolations, graceful arm positions and movements, and exciting shimmies. You will quickly tone your muscles -- particularly your core -- and burn a ton of calories. But this class will also get you feeling present in and proud of your body, so don’t be surprised if you’re instantly hooked!
