Kick it old school with these jazzy, sassy throwback songs. Class begins with stretches and a warmup to get you nice and limber. From there, your expert instructor will teach you a routine set to an awesome old school hip hop song. You’ll learn the fundamental pops, locks and steps of hip-hop, and get an amazing cardio workout along the way. Build strength, muscle tone, endurance, and confidence in your moves. The dancing will hook you, as will the nostalgia.
