You will not need complicated equipment or recipes. Discover how jars, lids and a big pot are the essential tools you need to make your own delicious pickles or blackberry jam. Your chef instructor will teach you about seasonal fruits and vegetables that are perfect for canning. You will learn how to safely can great produce throughout the year.
