You can make your own cheese and save money at the grocery store. This intro to cheesemaking class will teach you the basics and techniques you need to make cheese at home.
You will make kefir, cultured butter, flavored butter, crème fraiche, yogurt, ricotta and burrata. As you learn to make starters, you will learn how to make a variety of cheese products. You will need to bring your own containers to carry home your delicious creations, but other equipment is provided. Find out more about cheese cultures and their health benefits!
